Crossways shopping centre

Crossways is a small privately owned, town centre, shopping arcade. The owners felt that with town centre shopping in decline 2011 was the right time to take action and brighten the centre up. Old seventies style paving, was causing problems with trip hazards and giving the centre a neglected and dated feel. Proscapes were asked to suggest a simple design on a budget, take up 1000m2 of old brocken paving and street furniture and replace it with new, modern, commercial grade paving. The shops remained open for the length of the project with through traffic unaffected. The dend result was pleasing to the owners, the tennants and recieved huge praise from the local community.
