Landscape Development

Here at Proscapes, we work with many developers throughout the South West and enjoy good working relationships with both office staff and site workers alike; we pride ourselves on our ability to work alongside other trades, being mindful of their needs and timescales.

Many developers prefer that we take care of all their landscaping requirements, whilst others use their own staff for some tasks and require us to take care of others. Single dwellings or developments of up to five properties generally like to take advantage of a more personalized service and meet with staff periodically as the site progresses. Whatever your preferred method, we are always happy to accommodate.

Valid health and safety and environmental policies are always in place for our landscape development services, along with personal and public liability cover. Risk assessment and method statements are also prepared and forwarded prior to us commencing work on site when requested.

Most companies have rigid landscaping plans in place, approved by planners prior to our involvement in the project. However, should a site visit be required in order to get ideas or to simply discuss schedules or access problems, then this can be arranged.

Many large turfing and seeding contracts have been completed by the staff at Proscapes, including golf course fairways and tees, tennis courts, croquet lawns and school fields. As an established landscape development company, we have specialist knowledge in the growing and maintenance of lawns, and our staff can advise on the care of bowling greens and cricket squares.

Planting, turfing, seeding, and fencing enquiries are always welcome, and turfing and seeding site rates are available on request; however, a site visit is often required. Site hoarding and protective tree fencing are also available as well as fencing once the site is underway – standard rates are available on request and, again, site visits are often required. Tenders can be prepared following site visits or from site plans in either paper, disc or email form.
